While it’s not the Snapdragon 8 Elite or the top-tier MediaTek Dimensity 9400/9400+, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 still offers solid performance, closing the gap with the best processors on the market. One notable advantage of this choice is that it likely helps keep the device’s bill of materials lower, which is a strategic decision for a device that’s expected to be priced around $800.

Even though the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 isn’t the cutting-edge flagship chip, it remains the most powerful processor ever used in a Nothing device. So, despite not being on par with the very top-performing chips, it’s still a major step forward for the brand. The phone’s design is also expected to take a bold turn, as rumors suggest the iconic Glyph LED lights will be replaced with a more customizable dot-matrix display, offering a fresh look and improved user experience. As for the camera setup, we can expect a triple rear camera array, including main, ultrawide, and telephoto lenses, similar to the Phone (3a) and (3a) Pro models but with upgraded sensors for enhanced performance.
