Samsung may have just confirmed key details about the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7, just ahead of their big Unpacked event on July 9. 
Surprisingly, these details came from Samsung’s official website, revealing color options and storage configurations for both foldables. No need for leaks or insiders when the company spills the beans themselves!
The official staging websites for the Galaxy Z Flip 7 (B7) and Galaxy Z Fold 7 (Q7), spotted by Android Authority, show four color choices for each device. The Z Flip 7 will come in Green Mint, Coral Red, Jet Black, and Blue Shadow, while the Z Fold 7 will be available in Green Mint, Jet Black, Blue Shadow, and Silver Shadow.
But are these color options trustworthy? While Samsung’s price listings on these pages are likely placeholder figures, the color schemes seem solid. Three of these color options had already been speculated by reliable sources, and more recently, Evan Blass-one of the most credible leakers-shared images of the Z Flip 7 in black, blue, and red, which were quickly confirmed as official colors by Samsung.
That said, the addition of the Green Mint shade is the real surprise here. Although this color seems to be exclusive to Samsung’s website, it’s possible that the company may release other exclusive hues in the future. For now, Green Mint seems to be the standout, but nothing is set in stone just yet.
As for storage options, Samsung is likely sticking to what we’ve seen before. The Galaxy Z Flip 7 will be available in 256GB and 512GB variants, while the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will come in 256GB, 512GB, and even 1TB configurations. The entry-level 128GB model might be phased out, making room for a potential Z Flip 7 FE with a more affordable price point.
There’s also been speculation about potential price hikes for the Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 compared to their predecessors. While the 2024 foldables promise substantial internal upgrades and new design changes, a large price increase could sour the deal for some Samsung enthusiasts.
So, while the official Samsung reveal ahead of Unpacked has set the stage, only time will tell whether the rumored changes will meet expectations.
