The upcoming release of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 is quickly approaching, with rumors about their prices sparking concern among fans. 
Recent leaks have revealed that these much-anticipated foldables may be priced higher than their predecessors, which could be bad news for potential buyers.
Although Samsung’s foldable lineup, including the Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip series, has not sold as many units as its Galaxy S counterparts, these devices remain among the company’s priciest offerings. Unfortunately, it seems that Samsung’s new models will be even harder to afford at launch, especially for fans in Europe, where the prices could see a significant jump.
The leaked prices for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 suggest that both devices will be more expensive than their predecessors by €200 and €100, respectively. This information was pulled from an Italian retailer’s database, but it’s not confirmed whether these prices will remain the same when the phones officially hit the market. However, given the price increase, it’s likely that the new models will be harder to get for many fans, especially when compared to the prices of previous foldables.
Here are the reported prices for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7:

To put these prices into perspective, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 launched at around €2,000, while the Z Flip 6 was priced at approximately €1,320. As you can see, the prices for the new foldables could rise by up to 10%, which may turn off some potential buyers, especially in a market already struggling with high phone prices.
Both devices are expected to be available in 256 GB and 512 GB storage options. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 will come in Silver Shadow and Jet Black colors, while the Z Flip 7 will be offered in Black, Blue Shadow, and Coral Red.
While Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed the release date, reliable sources suggest that the company will unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 on July 9.
