A new hands-on video has surfaced, showcasing a black iPhone 17 Air dummy unit, highlighting its razor-thin profile.
Rumors have been swirling about its dimensions, with estimates ranging from 5.5mm to 5.65mm in thickness. Whichever it is, this phone is set to be impressively thin and light, weighing just 145g. However, this extreme thinness comes with trade-offs, including a modest 2,800 mAh battery and a single rear camera. These sacrifices were necessary to achieve the ultra-slim design.
Despite these compromises, the iPhone 17 Air is expected to deliver robust performance with 12GB of RAM, a 120Hz refresh rate display, and potentially a titanium frame-something the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max might miss as they reportedly return to an aluminum design after experimenting with stainless steel and titanium in previous models.
