Samsung’s first public beta for One UI 7 based on Android 15 was initially rumored to go live this week for the Galaxy S24 family. 
That hasn’t happened yet, and according to a new rumor, it won’t. Instead, it’s been pushed back to the third week of August, allegedly. The reason for the delay apparently has to do with the One UI 6.1.1 update, which is still making its way to older foldables, tablets, and some high-end devices. So Samsung wants to focus on one update at a time.
One UI 7 will be a significant update, bringing a redesign of Samsung’s skin on top of Android. Samsung was expected to release the Android 15-based One UI 7.0 beta update yesterday, but due to a delay, it’s now anticipated to be launched in August 2024. The One UI 7.0 beta update is set to be released in the third week of August 2024. The delay is attributed to the One UI 6.1.1 update still being rolled out to older devices.
