Apple Launches Official Online Store in Saudi Arabia

Apple has officially expanded its presence in Saudi Arabia by launching its official online store.

While Apple products were already available in the country, this marks the company’s official entry with both a dedicated online platform and the Apple Store app, now supporting the Arabic language.

With this launch, Apple aims to provide “exceptional service” with the help of its “talented, dedicated team members”. The online store features the full range of Apple products, available through both the website and app. The app offers personalized recommendations based on your existing Apple products, allowing you to compare models, track orders, and even access saved items.

For Mac purchases, Apple offers configuration options to suit individual needs, and you can personalize your Apple Watch by choosing a case and band combination. Additionally, a free engraving service is available for products like AirPods, Apple Pencil, and AirTag, with the option to add text, emojis, and numbers in both Arabic and English.

Support options are also available via chat or phone. After receiving your order, you can access online help for Personal Setup, switching to iOS, and cellular activation. Apple is introducing a Buy Now, Pay Later option as well, allowing customers to split payments into four monthly installments with zero percent interest.

AppleCare+ and the trade-in program are also available to customers in Saudi Arabia. Looking ahead, Apple plans to open physical stores in the country, with the first flagship store set to open next year in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
