G.Skill is pushing the boundaries of high-performance memory with the release of its new 256GB DDR5 memory kit, delivering up to 6000 MT/s speed at CL32 latency. This new offering targets power users, professional creators, and anyone needing extreme performance for their high-end systems. G.Skill’s new DDR5 kits come in two sizes: a massive 256GB (64GB x4) and a slightly smaller 128GB (64GB x2).
Both configurations boast impressive speeds and low latencies, and they are available in several popular G.Skill lines, including the Trident Z5 RGB, Trident Z5 Neo RGB, and Flare X5.
The 256GB DDR5-6000 kit is optimized for the AM5 platform, supporting 6000 MT/s with latencies of CL32-44-44-96, thanks to AMD’s EXPO OC Profile. This combination of high capacity, fast speeds, and low latencies makes the memory kit ideal for demanding professional applications and heavy workloads, such as content creation and AI processing.
For Intel users, G.Skill offers the 128GB DDR5-6400 kit in the Trident Z5 RGB lineup. With a speed of up to 6400 MT/s and latencies of CL36-44-44-102, this kit is designed to boost performance for both professional applications and demanding multitasking scenarios. The memory is equipped with Intel’s XMP 3.0 support, allowing easy overclocking and performance tuning.
Although G.Skill didn’t share its usual benchmark screenshots with the release, their history of delivering reliable and fast DDR5 memory suggests that these new kits should perform without issues. In the past, G.Skill has already raised the bar with its 128GB DDR5-8000 MT/s memory kit in the Trident Z5 Royal series, making them a strong contender against other major memory manufacturers in the race for high-speed, low-latency DDR5 solutions.
While G.Skill has yet to announce pricing or availability details, they’ve confirmed that these new memory kits are already shipping to global distribution partners.
