Infinix has launched the Hot 60 5G, a more affordable option in the Hot 60 series, which promises impressive features for a budget-friendly price. The phone is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7020 chipset, offering full 5G support-a standout feature when compared to other Hot 60 models limited to 4G.
A 6.7-inch IPS LCD screen takes center stage, delivering FHD+ resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals, while Panda Glass provides durability against accidental drops.
The display boasts a peak brightness of 700 nits, making it bright enough for outdoor use. For selfies, the phone features an 8 MP front camera, while the rear houses a 50 MP primary camera with an f/1.6 aperture, supported by two additional sensors. Despite the camera setup being basic, it promises clear and vibrant shots in good lighting.
The Hot 60 5G also comes with several handy features like IP64 water and dust resistance, an AI button to launch the Folax smart assistant quickly, and classic options such as a 3.5mm audio jack and an FM radio receiver. Moreover, the phone offers expandable storage via a microSD card slot.
Under the hood, the device packs a robust 5,200mAh battery, capable of 18W fast charging. Additionally, it supports bypass and reverse wired charging over USB, a feature aimed at improving power efficiency during gaming or extended use. The phone runs XOS 15 based on Android 15, with two years of promised security updates, ensuring its longevity.
The Infinix Hot 60 5G is available in four color options-Shadow Blue, Tundra Green, Sleek Black, and Caramel Glow. The 6/128GB variant is priced at INR 10,499 (around $122), and sales in India are set to start on July 15 through the official Infinix online store.
