Infinix Hot 60 Pro and Pro+ Unveiled with Slim Designs and 5,160mAh Batteries
The Infinix Hot 60 series has introduced two new smartphones, and the Hot 60 Pro+ is definitely turning heads with its sleek design and powerful features. At just 5.95mm thin, it’s among the slimmest phones on the market, though it doesn’t quite match the ultra-slim Galaxy S25 Edge at 5.8mm. But with a larger curved 6.78-inch AMOLED display boasting a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, the Hot 60 Pro+ has a lot to offer, especially with its hefty 5,160mAh battery and fast 45W charging capability.
Despite the large screen and substantial battery, the Hot 60 Pro+ weighs in at a surprisingly light 155 grams-lighter than the S25 Edge. It’s available in an array of bold colors, including Coral Tides, Misty Violet, Cyber Green, Sonic Yellow, and more conservative hues like Titanium Silver and Sleek Black.
The phone features a durable aluminum frame with a nanofiber back, while its display is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. For added security, it includes an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 13MP selfie camera. Under the hood, the device runs on MediaTek’s Helio G200 chipset (4G), paired with 8GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB or 256GB. The main camera is a 50MP IMX882, accompanied by two secondary lenses.
On the software front, the Hot 60 Pro+ runs Infinix’s XOS 15.1.1 based on Android 15, complete with the brand’s AI suite. While Infinix hasn’t revealed the exact retail price, it’s expected to cost around NGN 290,000 (approximately $190), and pre-orders are already live in Nigeria with shipments slated for July 14.
The Hot 60 Pro, although not as thin as the Pro+, is still a slim device at 6.6mm. It shares many of the same core specifications, including the 6.78-inch AMOLED display (FHD+ 144Hz), the Helio G200 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and storage options of 128GB or 256GB. A key difference is the inclusion of a microSD card slot for storage expansion. The 50MP camera and 5,160mAh battery with 45W charging are carried over from the Pro+ model. Like the Pro+, the Hot 60 Pro runs Infinix’s XOS 15.1.1 based on Android 15.
The Hot 60 Pro comes in similar color options, including Coral Tides, Sapphire Blue, Jungle Breath, Orange Rose, Sleek Black, and Titanium Silver. Pricing and availability have yet to be disclosed.
