Leaked images of the Nothing Phone (3) reveal a surprisingly small camera island that has left many scratching their heads. Although the company will officially announce its first proper flagship on July 1, the leaks have already sparked a wide range of reactions. Unlike the much larger camera islands seen in previous models like the Phone (3a) Pro, this one is much more subtle.
But is it too subtle? Some wonder if this smaller island is the result of a new design philosophy, or perhaps just an odd angle in the leak.
Another point of curiosity is the Glyph Interface. Originally one of Nothing’s signature features, the set of LEDs on the back will not be making a return, as confirmed by the company. There are rumors, however, that the company might replace these LEDs with a dot-matrix display, akin to the one found on ROG Phones. But where exactly is this rumored display? Could it be hidden beneath the translucent material of the back, or is this all just a bait-and-switch tactic?
In terms of pricing, the Nothing Phone (3) will reportedly cost around £800, translating to $1,080/€945/₹93,000. Alongside the phone, the company will also be launching its first set of over-ear headphones, which are expected to be just as premium in terms of price.
