Pixel 10 Pro Color Leaks: Jade Stands Out, but Obsidian & Porcelain Lead

The Pixel 10 Pro has leaked in a new set of renders, and while the color palette doesn’t break any major ground, there’s one surprising shade that stands out. With less than a month to go before Google unveils the Pixel 10 series, the official colors of the Pixel 10 Pro are almost fully revealed.

From what we’ve seen, it seems the Pixel 10 Pro will stick to classic options, with one unexpected addition.

According to the new leak by Android Headlines, the Pixel 10 Pro will come in four colors: Obsidian, Porcelain, Moonstone, and Jade. Obsidian and Porcelain are the typical black and white shades we’ve seen in previous Pixel devices, so no big surprises there. But it’s the new hues, Moonstone and Jade, that may catch your attention.

Moonstone appears to be a bluish-gray tint, possibly the same shade hinted at in Google’s recent Pixel 10 Pro teaser. The Jade color, on the other hand, is a bold and unconventional mix of light green and gold, giving the phone an eye-catching, yet elegant feel. While this may seem like a refreshing addition to the palette, it’s important to note that the Jade variant could come with a storage restriction, being available only in 256GB, which might not sit well with all users.

The leak also confirmed previous details about the Pixel 10, with its rumored color options of Obsidian, Indigo, Frost, and Limoncello. Compared to the Pixel 10 Pro, these colors appear bolder and more vibrant, but as we’ve seen in recent years, high-end smartphones often come in subdued colors to cater to those who prefer a more minimalist design.

Overall, the Pixel 10 Pro’s color lineup feels a bit uninspired, with Obsidian and Porcelain playing it safe, but the inclusion of Jade might appeal to those looking for something more unique. However, the storage limitation on Jade might disappoint some users, and the muted colors of the other options seem unlikely to spark much excitement.

We’ll have to wait until August 20, when Google is set to officially announce the Pixel 10 Pro along with other devices like the Pixel Watch 4. Until then, it seems like the Pixel 10 Pro will face stiff competition from the upcoming Galaxy S25 and iPhone 17.
