At its core, the Chromebook Plus 14 is powered by the MediaTek Kompanio Ultra 910 chipset, an ARM processor that includes a high-performance Cortex-X925 core clocked at 3.62GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores, and four Cortex-A720 cores, complemented by an ARM Immortalis-G295 MC11 GPU. The integrated NPU provides a remarkable 50 TOPS of performance, making it the most powerful ARM chip ever seen in a Chromebook. This chip is comparable to the Dimensity 9400 in terms of performance.
The 14-inch OLED display offers a 1,920 x 1,200px resolution with a 60Hz refresh rate and 400 nits of brightness, ideal for vibrant visuals and long-lasting battery life. Speaking of which, the Chromebook Plus 14 boasts a battery that can last up to 17 hours- the longest endurance among all Chromebook Plus models. Connectivity options include two USB-C ports, a USB-A port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack, while secure logins are made possible with a fingerprint reader.

This model stands out with two exclusive features powered by the onboard NPU. Smart Grouping helps users stay organized by automatically sorting tabs and documents based on their content. The AI-driven Gallery app lets you edit images effortlessly-remove backgrounds or create stickers with just one click. Lenovo has also collaborated with NASA to offer stunning wallpapers that showcase breathtaking views of Jupiter.
In addition to these unique features, all Chromebook Plus models benefit from a suite of AI-driven tools integrated into ChromeOS. For example, Select to Search with Lens enables users to search for information about any image on the screen with a simple long press of the launcher or the screenshot tool. The advanced OCR feature allows users to digitize handwritten notes, such as recipes, and convert them into actionable items, like shopping lists on Google Docs.
