New Arc Line, the cRPG from Fulqrum Publishing and Dreamate, is about to get its first major update since launching in early access in November. The Smoke & Mirrors update will arrive on July 17, 2025, and it promises exciting new content for players. The update introduces a fresh playable race: the Dwarves. Along with the Dwarves, there will be two new exclusive playable classes-the Hellfire Mage and the Steam Mechanic. 
Initially, these classes will be available only to Dwarves, but eventually, they will become accessible to Humans and Elves in future updates.
The Hellfire Mage is designed for players who love to deal massive fire damage, torching anyone who dares stand in their way. Meanwhile, the Steam Mechanic will appeal to those who enjoy using steam-powered exoskeletons and inventive gadgets to battle foes. Both classes bring unique playstyles to the game, expanding its tactical depth.
Another exciting feature is the new questline called ‘Step Behind the Curtain’, which introduces a fresh location for exploration-the Sacred Tree. Players will delve into this new story content, uncovering secrets and unlocking new adventures.
When New Arc Line first launched in early access, it showed a lot of promise, though, like any early access title, it had plenty of room for improvement. “You can see the amount of love and effort that has gone into the game’s worldbuilding to provide the balance between dystopia and utopia.
