One of the key reasons behind the Switch 2’s early success is its strong game lineup, with Mario Kart World leading the pack. A remarkable 79% of early adopters purchased the game, either bundled with the console or separately. Following closely behind in sales were Cyberpunk 2077 and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, both of which have been well-received by players.
What’s most impressive, however, is the overall performance of the Switch 2 in comparison to its predecessors. It has set a new all-time high for unit sales during its launch week in the US, cementing its place in gaming history.
