One UI 8 Beta 2 is now rolling out to Galaxy S25 devices, with Poland and India joining the list of regions getting the update. Samsung first launched the open beta of One UI 8 for the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra in late May. Initially, the beta was available in the US, UK, Germany, and South Korea.
Now, with the arrival of Beta 2, two new markets have been added to the list.
Reports of One UI 8 Beta 2 are starting to come from regions like South Korea, Germany, and the UK, and it’s expected to be available in the US soon. If you’re in one of these regions and already have the first beta installed, you should check for updates to get the second beta version.
For those in Poland and India, you’ll need to sign up for the beta program via the Samsung Members app to participate. The update brings new features, including the Samsung Keyboard’s integration of Galaxy AI’s Text to Image feature. This feature allows users to generate images directly through the keyboard, making it even smarter. Plus, images created using the feature are automatically saved for future use.
As for the official stable release of One UI 8, Samsung has confirmed that it will debut with the upcoming Galaxy Z foldables. Based on the current beta testing, the Galaxy S25 series (including the S25 Edge) is expected to receive the update as an over-the-air (OTA) update shortly after the stable release.
