OnePlus has unveiled new devices at their summer launch event, including the Nord 5 series, the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm, and the OnePlus Buds 4.
The company has made several updates to these products, bringing new features and design changes that may appeal to a wider audience.
OnePlus Watch 3 43mm: A Compact Smartwatch with All the Features
For those who felt the original 46mm OnePlus Watch 3 was a bit too bulky, the new 43mm edition is here to provide a more comfortable fit without sacrificing functionality. The smaller case reduces the watch’s size, and the display shrinks to 1.32 inches, maintaining the vibrant 60Hz AMOLED screen quality. The overall weight is also reduced, dropping from 49.7 grams to a lighter 36.8 grams, making it more wearable for daily use.
The OnePlus Watch 3 43mm is crafted with a stainless-steel casing and offers IP68 water and dust resistance. It also features customizable straps ranging from 130mm to 210mm, ensuring a snug fit for various wrist sizes. The watch comes with Bluetooth/WiFi connectivity options and runs on the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipset, paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. Google’s Wear OS 5 powers the software, while a real-time operating system (RTOS) handles simpler tasks to conserve energy.
With a battery capacity of 354mAh, the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm promises up to 60 hours of usage on a single charge. The smartwatch is available in Black Steel and Silver Steel colors, priced at €299/£269/INR 5,999, and can be purchased directly from the official OnePlus website.
OnePlus Buds 4: Enhanced Audio Experience
Along with the new smartwatch, OnePlus also introduced the Buds 4 wireless earbuds. These earbuds come with a dual-driver setup, consisting of an 11mm woofer and a 6mm tweeter, promising a richer, more detailed sound experience. To enhance the audio further, OnePlus has collaborated with the Golden Sound team and included a customizable Sound Master EQ.
The Buds 4 feature dynamic active noise cancellation (ANC), capable of reducing noise by up to 55dB. They also support LHDC 5.0 high-resolution audio streaming and 3D spatial audio, providing a top-tier listening experience for music and videos alike.
With ANC off, the Buds 4 can last up to 11 hours on a single charge, and the charging case extends the total battery life to an impressive 45 hours. Available in Zen Green and Storm Gray, the OnePlus Buds 4 are priced at €119/£119/INR 5,999 and are now available for purchase from the official OnePlus website.
