OnePlus Nord CE5 Hits Geekbench: MediaTek Dimensity 8350 and More Details Revealed

The OnePlus Nord CE5 has been spotted on Geekbench, revealing key details about its chipset. This marks the latest development as the Nord 5 was also recently listed, further fueling speculation that the two devices will be launched together on July 8. Unlike the Nord 5, which is expected to carry a more premium setup, the Nord CE5 is a more affordable variant that still promises solid performance.

Powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8350 chipset and paired with 8GB of RAM, the OnePlus Nord CE5 runs Android 15.

While this is an impressive setup, it may raise some eyebrows given that Android 16 has already been released by Google. The timing of its launch seems slightly off, but it may still offer a smoother experience thanks to its high-end hardware.

Leaked specs from earlier this year suggest the Nord CE5 will sport a 6.7-inch flat OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals. The camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 16MP selfie shooter. Additionally, the phone is expected to offer a generous 256GB of storage and a massive 7,100mAh battery, with 80W wired charging support. While these features place it as a mid-range offering, some enthusiasts have expressed concerns about its chipset, hoping for better options.
