Oppo K13 Turbo with Cooling Fan Spotted on Geekbench

The Oppo K13 Turbo is gearing up for release, and it’s been spotted running Geekbench with a built-in cooling fan-a feature not commonly found on smartphones outside the gaming category. Oppo first unveiled the K13 in April, and rumors about the K13 Turbo started circulating soon after, with one of its standout features being the integrated cooling fan.

This feature is similar to what we’ve seen in various gaming phones, designed to help maintain performance during extended use.

Although the K13 Turbo is still unofficial, it’s looking like its official release is just around the corner. Recently, the device appeared in Geekbench’s database, confirming some key specs. The K13 Turbo is set to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, coupled with a massive 16GB of RAM in this specific prototype. When launched, it will ship with Android 15, even though Android 16 is already available on the market.

With the model number PLE110, the Oppo K13 Turbo’s availability in various markets is still up in the air. While China is almost certainly on the list, there’s uncertainty about whether it will make its way to India. Despite not being powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the K13 Turbo promises to be an intriguing option, especially for gamers looking for a smartphone with enhanced cooling for smoother performance.
