Pixel 10 Series Leak Confirms Exciting Features and Performance Upgrades

The latest leak from the ever-reliable Evan Blass (@evleaks) has provided an exciting glimpse into the upcoming Pixel 10 family, confirming some key details about the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold.

While rumors should usually be taken with a grain of salt, these leaks come from a trusted insider who has built a reputation for delivering highly accurate and detailed information about mobile tech.

This new ‘Pixel Drop’ reveals more than just a few design hints – we get a look at the different color options for these devices. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold, though still in its bland gray variant, is accompanied by a black Pixel 10 Pro XL, a bold Jade-colored Pixel 10 Pro, and a sleek blue Pixel 10. These colors are a departure from last year’s Pixel 9 lineup and give the new devices a fresh look

. Furthermore, it seems that Google will introduce a feature akin to Apple’s MagSafe technology, known as Pixelsnaps, to the entire Pixel 10 family, which will improve wireless charging efficiency and speed.

As for the camera setups, the Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL will share a “Pro” triple-camera system featuring a 50MP primary sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide lens, and an impressive 100x Pro Res Zoom.

The Pixel 10, on the other hand, will have a more modest 48MP main camera and a 13MP ultra-wide lens, offering up to 20x Super Res Zoom. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold’s camera system is still under wraps, but we can expect it to be similar to the Pro models.

Battery life is another major highlight

. The Pixel 10 series is expected to feature Google’s Extreme Battery Saver technology, which could extend the life of the Pixel 10, 10 Pro, and 10 Pro XL to 100 hours. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold will manage up to 72 hours, which is still impressive for a foldable phone. These battery improvements are even more notable considering the large displays and powerful performance promised by the new devices.

Speaking of performance, the Pixel 10 will feature the new Google Tensor G5 chipset, which is expected to bring significant improvements over the Tensor G4. This new chipset, along with the energy-efficient design, will help power the large 8-inch and 6.4-inch displays of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, ensuring a smooth experience with impressive battery life.

All in all, the Pixel 10 family promises to bring exciting upgrades to Google’s smartphone lineup. While we don’t have every detail yet, the leaks confirm that these devices will offer strong performance, improved cameras, and some innovative features to look forward to.
