Sony has unveiled the PlayStation Plus lineup for July 2025, celebrating the 15th anniversary of the service. Since its debut on June 29, 2010, PlayStation Plus has offered gamers access to a variety of exclusive benefits and games, and this month’s selection is certainly something to talk about. According to Nick Maguire, Sony Interactive Entertainment’s VP of Global Services, Global Sales, and Business Operations, the company is deeply grateful to its community for the ongoing support.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, Sony has planned a number of exciting activities throughout the summer, starting with the July monthly games available for PS Plus members from July 1 to August 4.
The standout titles include Blizzard’s Diablo 4, SNK’s King of Fighters 15, and Jusant from Don’t Nod. Fans of classic fighting games will be thrilled to know that King of Fighters 15 will include the Classic Leona DLC costume, a nod to the beloved ‘96 look.
But that’s not all – the celebrations kick off early with a trial for WWE 2K25 available to PS Plus Premium members starting June 25. Also, Monster Hunter Wilds will be available for a trial starting June 30. Sony is certainly keeping things lively for the occasion!
Maguire reflected on the rich history of PlayStation Plus, mentioning that over the last 15 years, the service has provided access to more than 500 monthly games. In addition, PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members have enjoyed an expansive Game Catalog since the service’s reintroduction three years ago. Some of the most-played titles in recent months include Ghost of Tsushima, God of War Ragnarök, Grand Theft Auto V, Hogwarts Legacy, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and The Last of Us Part I.
In his message, Maguire thanked PlayStation fans for their continued loyalty and hinted at even more exciting games in the future. With PlayStation Plus reaching its 15th anniversary, it’s clear that Sony has no intention of slowing down anytime soon. It’s time to celebrate, and there’s plenty more to come!
