The much-awaited Poco F7 is set to make its official debut later today, and leaks have already started to circulate. Poco has taken a unique approach by sending review units ahead of time, giving us an early look at the device in both its Silver and Black variants.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, which Xiaomi has confirmed officially.
There will be two different battery configurations for the Poco F7 – a 7,550mAh battery for the Indian model and a 6,500mAh battery for the global version. Both models will support 90W fast charging.
While we are still awaiting official confirmation on the pricing, there have been some leaks giving us a preview. The global version of the Poco F7 (12GB RAM, 256GB storage) will reportedly launch at an early bird price of $340. For the Philippines, prices have also leaked: the 12GB RAM, 256GB storage variant will be priced at PHP 24,000, while the 12GB RAM, 512GB storage model will retail for PHP 26,000. The early bird offer could give you a PHP 3,000 discount, along with a PHP 1,500 voucher.
For comparison, the Poco F7 Pro launched at $500, and the F7 Ultra debuted at $650, both for the 12GB RAM, 256GB storage variant. The early bird pricing for these models was also slightly lower, with the F7 priced at $340, the F7 Pro at $450, and the F7 Ultra at $600.
It’s worth noting that neither the F7 Pro nor the F7 Ultra will be available in India, so a direct price comparison isn’t possible. However, the $340 price tag converts to around ₹29,000, indicating that the Poco F7 could be priced under ₹30,000 for the Indian market – we’ll know for sure later today.
