Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 Banner Leak Reveals Slim Design and AI Camera Focus

Samsung’s upcoming foldable flagship, the Galaxy Z Fold7, has just made an early appearance in retail marketing – and it’s slimmer and sleeker than ever.

A promotional banner for the device has surfaced, giving us our clearest look yet at the foldable’s redesigned frame.

According to Samsung, the Z Fold7 will be the thinnest and lightest horizontal foldable they’ve ever made. Leaked dimensions suggest it will measure just 158.4 x 143.1 x 3.9mm when unfolded – that’s impressively trim, especially for a phone packing high-end specs and a large foldable screen.

The banner image highlights the incredibly thin profile of each half of the phone. The sleek design leaves just enough room for essentials like the speaker grille and microphones. While the USB-C port isn’t shown, it’s likely still the thickest point – and possibly the only real design constraint left.

Samsung is also doubling down on AI with this release. The Fold7 is expected to launch with new AI-powered camera features, building on the company’s growing emphasis on smart photography tools. On top of that, rumors are swirling that the phone could sport a 200MP main camera – a major jump if true, and one that would set a new bar for foldable phone photography.

In addition to the Fold7, Samsung is also expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Flip7, a more affordable Z Flip7 FE, and several new smartwatches during an event reportedly scheduled for July 13 in New York. While the official invitations haven’t gone out yet, all signs point to a mid-July reveal.

With its ultra-thin design and rumored camera overhaul, the Galaxy Z Fold7 could be the breakthrough model Samsung needs to keep its foldable dominance going strong.
