Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Flip7, and Watch8 Series Receive Certifications

Samsung is gearing up for a major unveiling in New York this July, and the spotlight will be on its highly anticipated Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7, and Watch8 series.

These devices have recently been spotted going through their certification processes, and we’ve just gotten a glimpse of what’s to come.

Both the Galaxy Z Fold7 (SM-F966N) and Galaxy Z Flip7 (SM-F766N) have received the SafetyKorea certification. The ‘N’ at the end of these model numbers indicates that these versions will be tailored specifically for the South Korean market.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Watch8 and Watch8 Classic have been certified by the Global Certification Forum (GCF), with the model numbers SM-L335F and SM-L505F, respectively. However, these certifications haven’t revealed any hard specs about these devices yet, leaving fans to eagerly await further details.

While official specifications remain under wraps, leaks have already started circulating. Samsung has even begun teasing the Galaxy Z Fold7, hyping up its slim profile and impressive camera features. For the first time, the Galaxy Watch series will sport a ‘squircle’ case design-an evolution of the shape introduced by the Galaxy Watch Ultra in 2024, though the screens will still maintain their signature round shape.

Samsung’s upcoming releases are certainly stirring excitement, but with rumors about thinner batteries and higher prices, only time will tell if these foldables and wearables live up to the hype.
