Samsung’s Upcoming Tablet Lineup: Galaxy Tab S11 and S10 Lite Leaked

Samsung’s tablet lineup has just been revealed, and it’s shaping up to be an exciting year-end refresh. On one end, the upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra will feature MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 chip, a major upgrade for the high-end tablet market.

On the other, the budget-friendly Galaxy Tab S10 Lite has surfaced in Samsung’s firmware, hinting at an earlier-than-expected release.

Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra: Powered by Dimensity 9400

According to a new leak, Samsung’s flagship tablets for late 2025 will continue their partnership with MediaTek, using the Dimensity 9400 chipset. Known internally as “MT6991,” this chip is an upgrade over the Dimensity 9300+ used in the Tab S10 Ultra. With this, the Tab S11 series promises to offer better performance and power efficiency, running Android 16 and One UI 8.0 right out of the box.

While detailed specs are still under wraps, Samsung’s formula for success is likely to remain unchanged: expect large OLED displays, S Pen support, and premium features like IP68 water resistance.

Galaxy Tab S10 Lite: Affordable Power with Exynos 1380

On the more affordable side, Samsung hasn’t forgotten about budget-conscious buyers. The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite (model SM-X406B) has appeared in Samsung’s firmware, matching earlier Geekbench benchmarks that pointed to the Exynos 1380 chip and 6 GB of RAM. This chip, which powers devices like the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy Tab S9 FE, ensures solid mid-range performance for the S10 Lite.

The Tab S10 Lite is expected to run One UI 7, based on Android 15, though it might get an upgrade to One UI 8 depending on its launch timing. Both Wi-Fi-only and cellular versions are expected, likely labeled “GTS10Lite” and “GTS10WiFi.” Pricing is expected to be lower than the Tab S10 FE series, providing an affordable option in Samsung’s already diverse tablet lineup.

Samsung’s Tablet Strategy: A Device for Every Budget

With the Tab S10 Lite bringing budget-conscious options and the Tab S11 series pushing the envelope on performance, Samsung is clearly preparing for a major tablet push. The company is leaning into a multi-tiered tablet strategy, with MediaTek’s power for its flagship devices and Exynos handling the more affordable models.

There’s no official launch date yet, but with firmware testing underway and confirmed chips, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and Tab S10 Lite could both be released in the last quarter of this year or early next year.
