Sycom, the Japanese system integrator known for its quiet performance-focused builds, is stepping back into the spotlight with its new Silent Master RTX 50 series GPUs.
These updated graphics cards will come in both air-cooled and liquid-cooled versions and continue to feature the beloved yet quirky Noctua fans in their signature brown and beige color scheme.
Following their success with custom RTX 40 series GPUs, like the RTX 4080 Super and RTX 4070 Ti, Sycom now shifts focus to NVIDIA’s RTX 5060 and RTX 5070 lineup. The card configurations suggest this: one features a single 8-pin PCIe connector while the other uses a 16-pin, hinting at their performance tiers.
These Silent Master editions aim to deliver exceptional cooling with minimal noise, thanks to Noctua’s premium fans, whether you choose air or liquid cooling. However, these GPUs will only be sold as part of Sycom’s pre-built systems-they won’t be available for standalone purchase, which aligns with the company’s typical distribution strategy.
Although Sycom is not an official NVIDIA board partner, it crafts custom solutions based on existing GPU PCBs, optimizing them for performance and silence. This time around, the launch is set for June 19th, though pricing details are still under wraps.
The idea of Noctua fans on GPUs isn’t new-ASUS recently showed off its RTX 5080 Noctua Edition at Computex. But Sycom’s commitment to silence and cooling efficiency remains its unique selling point, even if the Noctua color scheme continues to divide opinions.
These custom RTX 50 Silent Master GPUs are tailored specifically for the Japanese market, enhancing Sycom’s reputation for quiet, high-performance systems. If you’re in Japan and crave silent power, this release might just be for you.
