HMD Unveils New Venom-Themed Fusion Smartphone
As the theatrical release of “Venom: The Last Dance” approaches on October 25th, HMD is joining the celebration with an exciting movie tie-in. 
The tech company announced a special version of its popular HMD Fusion smartphone, touting it as the “Ultimate Symbiotic Smartphone.” This unique collaboration aims to thrill both tech enthusiasts and “Venom” superfans with its dark and daring design.
A Sneak Peek at the Venom Fusion
The Venom HMD Fusion will be characterized by a symbiote-inspired design, appealing to the imaginations of “Venom” followers. However, HMD is maintaining an element of intrigue by not showing the phone’s full design just yet. The concept behind this new device draws parallels with the Venom symbiote from the Marvel universe, aiming to create a symbolic merging with the user akin to the symbiote merging with its host.
Not Just a Limited Edition
Interestingly, HMD is not releasing a limited edition phone. Instead, they are offering a prototype Smart Outfit case, incorporating innovative technological features. This case is embedded with electromagnetic liquid ferrofluid on the back, reflecting the essence of the Venom symbiote. When attached to the HMD Fusion, this Smart Outfit case transforms the device with a customized theme, exclusive wallpapers, and Venom alert sounds, promising users an immersive experience.
Key Features of the HMD Fusion
The initial version of the HMD Fusion, launched in September, boasts a modular design featuring interchangeable back covers. It comes equipped with a 6.56-inch IPS LCD screen at 90Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, and a 108MP main camera, all sustained by a powerful 5,000 mAh battery.
