Vivo X300 Pro Rumored to Feature Dimensity 9500 and Massive 7,000mAh Battery

The vivo X300 Pro has been the subject of multiple leaks recently, and the latest information adds more excitement for what’s coming next from this phone series. The follow-up to the vivo X200 Pro is expected to sport a similar design but with significant upgrades inside.

It will feature a Dimensity 9500 chipset, which is set to deliver better performance with a focus on efficiency thanks to ARM’s new X930 (‘Travis’) core clocked at 3.23GHz and an enhanced Immortalis-Drage GPU.

In addition to the powerful chipset, the X300 Pro is rumored to come equipped with a large 7,000mAh battery, a significant bump from the 6,000mAh found in the X200 Pro. This should allow for better endurance, though charging speeds may need to be updated as well. Expect improved charge capabilities, possibly beyond the current 90W wired and 30W wireless support.

The display will be a flat 6.8-inch screen with a ‘1.5K’ resolution, likely the same as the X200 Pro’s 1,260 x 2,800px panel, providing a sharp and vibrant viewing experience. The camera system will be a major highlight with a 50MP main sensor featuring the Sony LYT-828 (1/1.28″) sensor, alongside a 200MP periscope camera and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. ZEISS has reportedly introduced a new lens coating that should improve image clarity, adding to the already impressive specs.

As for the timeline, the X200 series debuted in October, so we can expect the X300 series to arrive around the same time.
