vivo Y400 Pro Unveiled with 120Hz Curved Display & 4K Selfie Camera

The vivo Y400 Pro has officially been launched, bringing a host of exciting features for performance-driven users. Vivo claims this phone is designed for those who are chasing bigger dreams while maintaining a stylish aesthetic. With a 6.77-inch FullHD+ 3D curved AMOLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate, the screen stands out with 4,500 nits of peak brightness, making it a visual delight even under bright conditions.

The screen also features wet touch support, an embedded fingerprint scanner, and a punch-hole design for the 32MP front camera, which is capable of shooting in 4K resolution.

On the back, the Y400 Pro sports a 50MP primary camera (Sony IMX882) along with a 2MP depth sensor for enhanced bokeh effects. The device also includes an IR Blaster for remote control functionality, making it versatile for everyday use. The camera setup is equipped with Sony Multifocal Portrait, which allows users to capture portraits in 1x, 1.5x, and 2x magnifications, providing more creative freedom when shooting.

Under the hood, the vivo Y400 Pro is powered by the Dimensity 7300 chipset, accompanied by 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a generous 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Running on Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15, it offers a smooth experience, although vivo has yet to confirm the length of time they will provide software updates for the device. The 5,500 mAh battery supports 90W fast charging, with vivo promising a 50% charge in just 19 minutes, keeping the phone powered up throughout the day.

The vivo Y400 Pro also boasts dual stereo speakers, Hi-Res Audio support (both wired and wireless), and an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance. Available in three colors-Fest Gold, Nebula Purple, and Freestyle White-the Y400 Pro stands out with its premium design, especially the Freestyle White model, which features a unique Baroque Pearl texture. No two white models are alike, making each phone feel one-of-a-kind.

Pricing starts at INR24,999 ($290/€250) for the 8GB/128GB version, while the 8GB/256GB variant is priced at INR26,999 ($310/€270). Both models will be available in India starting June 27 through vivo’s official website, Amazon.in, Flipkart, and retail partners.
