Comcast’s Xfinity is launching new internet plans designed for simplicity and value, available nationwide. These plans feature clear pricing with no surprises and come with a host of benefits, including unlimited data, an Xfinity WiFi gateway, and a complimentary one-year subscription to Xfinity Mobile. This new offering follows the introduction of Xfinity’s 5-year price guarantee, giving customers the option to lock in their rates for 1 or 5 years without any hidden fees or contracts.
Steve Croney, Comcast’s Chief Operating Officer for Connectivity & Platforms, stated, “We said we were going to go ‘all-in’ on a new pricing strategy and we are delivering. Now all our Xfinity Internet packages are built on simplicity and transparency.”

The updated pricing includes the following options:
- 300 Mbps: $40/month (1-year), $55/month (5-year), $70 regular price
- 500 Mbps: $55/month (1-year), $70/month (5-year), $85 regular price
- 1 Gbps: $70/month (1-year), $85/month (5-year), $100 regular price
- 2 Gbps: $100/month (1-year), $115/month (5-year), $130 regular price
Each plan includes the Xfinity WiFi Gateway, ensuring fast speeds, reduced lag for gaming and streaming, and reliable coverage throughout your home. The gateway also features cybersecurity tools and parental controls, all accessible via the Xfinity app.
As a bonus, Xfinity is offering an unlimited mobile line for free during the first year, with no extra charges or taxes. This perk includes WiFi PowerBoost, which boosts Xfinity Mobile speeds to 1 Gbps when connected to Xfinity WiFi. Xfinity Mobile operates on a nationwide 5G network combined with the Xfinity WiFi network, which is touted as the fastest and most extensive in the U.S.
New customers can sign up for these plans online at xfinity.com or visit a nearby Xfinity store. For those looking for straightforward internet options with additional perks like mobile service and built-in hardware, Xfinity’s revamped pricing plan could be a strong contender. However, keep in mind that the service’s performance may vary based on local coverage.
