Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Leaks Reveal Sleek Design, Bigger Screen, and Familiar Battery Concerns
The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 has leaked, showcasing a refined design, modest upgrades, and a familiar price point. Following the global launch of the Smart Band 9 in September, Xiaomi seems ready to iterate once more with subtle but meaningful changes.
According to the leaks, the Smart Band 10 will feature a 1.72-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 212×520 and a pixel density of 326 ppi. While this is a noticeable step up in display size, some users still wish for flatter screens and higher brightness levels. Nonetheless, the uniform bezels are finally here – a design tweak many long-time Mi Band fans have been begging for.
The battery remains a 233 mAh Li-Po cell that promises up to 21 days of use on a single charge. However, this figure often drops sharply over time, with some users noting past bands offering better longevity with Li-Ion technology. Charging still takes about one hour, which is on par with previous models.
The Smart Band 10 will support more than 150 sports modes and run Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS 2.0, ensuring smoother UI performance and faster syncing with paired devices. It houses an accelerometer, gyroscope, electronic compass, PPG sensor, and ambient light sensor, packing quite a punch for its size.
The hardware is encased in a sandblasted aluminum frame with a TPU strap, and it will be available in white, black, and pink colors. Dimensions stand at 46.57 x 22.54 x 10.95 mm, with a light weight of 15.95g, making it easy to wear all day or night.
In the Eurozone, the pricing is expected to range between €40 and €50. A version with NFC support is reportedly in the works, but its global availability is uncertain. For users seeking contactless payments, this might be a sticking point if the NFC version doesn’t reach all markets.
While the Smart Band 10 doesn’t radically reinvent the formula, it fine-tunes key areas – screen size, design symmetry, and OS performance – but leaves others like battery tech and brightness still wanting. Whether that’s enough to upgrade depends on your current wearable and expectations.
